Our innovative SBT series of high ratio planetary/spiral-bevel gearmotors provide a compact and highly efficient solution for high ratio, high power applications. The design combines our proven IL planetary series technology with a high capacity spiral bevel gearset in a unique and ultra-cleanable tubular housing. SBT units may be specified with either solid or hollow-bore output shafts, and either horizontal or vertical output shaft orientations. All vertical output shaft models feature our patent pending positive pressure lubrication system ensuring that all bearings and gears are well lubricated, even at very low rotational speeds. Mobil 234 (USDA HI) synthetic lubricant provides exceptional lubrication and extended life performance. SBT units are made to order, allowing OEM's and end-users to specify a particular mounting configuration for the best possible integration with new or existing equipment.
